King Sombra was about 6 inches tall, but most of our ponies are 5 inches.
Do you mean how do I go about 3D modeling them, or how do we print them? I've posted a couple pics of prints (like this ) and here's a video made by someone else that shows how the 3d printing works: [link] We don't print ours all in one piece like that guy did though, since ours are a lot bigger.

It almost looks like candle wax. What does it feel like and what are those plastic lines?

It's very solid plastic (the same kind game console exteriors are made of.) The plastic lines are caused by the printer shifting ever so slightly as it lays one layer of plastic after another to build up the model.
