They would have to be in HTML, wouldn't they? Normal members can't use CSS journal skins I believe.

Indeed. And you have to put it on each new journal. You can't save as skin.

Though you can always save the text in stash and it wouldn't be too much trouble to copy and paste.

Though you can also use inline CSS in HTML, so you can't have everything but you can have some. I'll have to look into what sort of HTML DA a supports- I've been on sites that support everything and others that allow only the basics.
