At this point we're running out of spirits related alliterations, but we're sure gonna try and keep them going. X3
Sparks with a big spirit belly enjoying the pleasant feelings of growth and warmth that spirit mending comes with.
Sparks happily looked herself over, having just gotten out of the shower and gotten dressed for the day. The Ampharos girl giggled to herself as she took in her figure in the mirror. Her soft yellow body was as bright and radiant as always, in fact it seemed to shine even brighter thanks to her glowing mood. Her favorite red shirt which fit her quite well just a day before couldn't even begin to cover her stomach. The massive white orb that was her gut hung down past her knees. It put more than a little bit of strain on her back, and definitely put a strain on her shorts which couldn't even button to contain it, but it wasn't anything that she couldn't handle.
"Alright, you guys!" Sparks said, putting her hands on either side of her belly and hefting it up slightly. It was round in shape, heavy to hold, and along with her popped-out navel she looked like she had an unnaturally large pregnancy. There was some truth to that idea given that something was indeed inside of her womb taking up all of that space. "I don't know if you can all hear me, but... today I wanna be a super good host! So I'm gonna pig out on an amazamongous dinner and have all of my friends over!" She giggled, glancing over her shoulder and down at her tight fitting blue jean shorts. "And at the end... we'll see if I need to completely replace my wardrobe."
"All of your friends?" someone suddenly said in a low but still obviously feminine voice.
"Ack!" Whirling around to face the new voice, Sparks blinked when she realized that someone was poking their face through the window.
A grey furred face was staring back at Sparks, smiling pleasantly and running a hand through her extremely long red hair. "Am I invited?"
"Ah, Zoey! Uh, um... yeah, of course! Of course you're invited, hehe..." Sparks said. She didn't realize how red her face was as her friend began to stare at her.
Zoey was a Zoroark, an arceran just like Sparks, and was a very old friend going back years and years. She had an odd look in her blue eyes. "What happened to you?" she said softly. "Last time I saw you, you didn't look so, um... gravid."
Sparks shook her head. "No, no, it's not what it looks like!" Her face was getting redder as she realized that wasn't exactly a good way to state what was going on as it would only make Zoey's imagination run wild. She started talking more quickly to repair the situation. "Er, well... it's kind of what it looks like. But it's not exactly the same."
"Not the same? You didn't... do it with a dragon or something, did you? Are they like, eggs or something?" Zoey said, her look becoming more bewildered.
"No!" the Ampharos shouted in reply. Sparks rubbed her face and groaned, trying to compose herself. "It's... slightly complicated to explain. Especially when it's through my bedroom window." She pointed accusingly at Zoey. "What are doing there anyways? You always were good at sneaking up on people, but for what reason would you be skulking about coincidentally as I'm going through this?"
"Simple," Zoey said, "Erin was talking about you doing something strange yesterday. I overheard her, and... I wanted to investigate."
Sparks put her hand on her hips, leaning forward and nearly making her orb of a belly touch her bedroom floor. "You could have just asked me y'know. It's not like some big secret. That's why I wanted to have everyone over, so I could show you!" There was a sudden ache in her back, backing Sparks straighten back up and put her hands on her spine. "Ouch...! Hehe, motherly aches."
Zoey nodded. "Alright... sorry for intruding." She rubbed her chin and slowly smiled. "Before I leave your bedroom window, what kind of amazamongous dinner were you thinking of making? To use your phrasing."
"It'll be a surprise!" Sparks said, crossing her arms under her soft, milk-laden chest. "But rest assured, it'll be enough for you, Erin, Rin, and Blaze, plus me and the three souls inside of me!" As Zoey's mouth began to open, Sparks raised a finger to stop her. "Please save your questions until the party tonight, kay?"
Zoey blinked and then nodded in agreement. "A-Alright." Her mind was swirling with thoughts and potential speculation as she ducked away from Sparks' window and left her house.
Sparks, confident that she was alone again, put one of her hands on her goddess seal, a black collar around her neck with a blue gem inside of it. "Tonight will be super fun, I promise! My friends are the greatest friends anyone could ask for." Rubbing her own belly again, she let out another giggle. "Hehe... well, I guess it's time to get to work!
