A random piece of artwork from me as I work on finishing commissions. I have been sketching so much recently for stuff I have to do I needed to take a brief break for my art muse's sanity.

I sketched this up at work and she will be a new character of mine, but this is not her definite reference pic. She does have all the accessories in the pic at all times, but she has a set of markings that can only be seen under blacklight, and I don't know what they are yet >> My muse is still lacking there X3

Basically the title is there to hint to how she was created. I was listening to the song "Raver's Fantasy" and I doodled her up. X3 She's a papillon/cocker spaniel mix and a rather feisty character at that. So feisty she hasn't even told me her name yet >> It will come to me eventually X3

I know there are probably a lot of other things I could have done with shading and the glow/lighting for shading her but this was the way that looked best to me, it's not necessarily meant to be accurate.
