Another commission from Lupine Trading season.
These are LD's ferrets Squee(the dark, smaller one) and Johnny(the larger, pale one). Aren't they adorable? ^^
Normally when I do digi paintings of people's pets I don't do custom posed stuff, I usually draw what I see from different photos and put them together in one, but I wanted to try something different for this one. ^^
I love the shading I did on Squee, especially on her belly where it touches Johnny's back, but alas I cannot do faint shading like Johnny's coat that well >< I tried!
As these are her pets, please don't steal this image... Thankies. <3

It's so strange that everyone I know who owns ferrets owns a brown/sable one and a silver/gray one. You did a good job; I think I like Squee better than Johnny in this pic, because something about him just seems more realistic. Good stuff

Squee was a LOT easier to do coloring wise. I've had characters before where only the tips of their fur are colored, and I can never ever pull it off right -_-

They look awesome to me, great job with the fur and coloring. A relative of mine had a ferret so of course always thought they were cute and wanted one.. maybe one day. Two thumbs up from me.
