In honor of the FFVII remake, I drew the OTP.I really hope we get a bunch of Clerisy moments in the remake, and I really want to hear those moments voiced.

Voiced or not... There is ONE thing I want that will make or break my heart even more... And that is it keeping to its Original Battle System roots, if not... I am going to be SEVERELY pissed at the non-FF battle system, seriously... DX

I'm so glad you agree with me, I am going to be VERY pissed if they use the shitty non-FF Battle System that FF XIII uses and so forth, here's an example of said shitty non-FF battle system: www.youtube.com/watch?v=2XsQIH… ; So if it doesn't have its original battle system I am truly going to be VERY Disappoint, no bullshit... :<

I definitely prefer the original battle system. I hated how in XIII and its sequels you would automatically get a game over if your party leader dies. Hopefully they don't end up changing it.

So glad you're with me on the remake of FF VII keeping to its original battle system roots, I just hope "Squaresoft" realizes this and doesn't do that shitty openfield battle system that FF XIII and so forth has, seriously. DX

Indeed... DX FF IX (as far as I know, dunno if FFX still retained the original battle system or not as I have not go through it yet, same goes for FF XI

FFX was pretty similar, but with more of an emphasis on strategy than the other ones since you had a turn order rather than the bar thingy filling up on screen. Plus, unlike the earlier games, you can switch characters in and out. Personally, the FFX battle system is my favorite. I have never played FFXI, so I can't really say anything about that. I had so much trouble with FFXII due to the change in the battle system that it brought down my enjoyment level down a lot. I may need to replay it again because the last time I did was the year it came out, or something, so maybe I'll be able to figure it out now.

Ah, I see. Well, as long as it sticks to its original FF VII Battle System i'll be happy, i'll be even more happy if it sticks with its original magic titles such as "Bolt, Bolt2, Bolt3, Cure2" and so forth, don't want any of that FF VIII names like Curaga, Firaga and such, I liked the original FF VII magic titles much more, really. ^^

I don't particularly mind the new magic titles (probably because I started later and worked backwards), but I do like the simplicity of the older titles, so it wouldn't bother me either way.
