Haunter was so much fun to make! It was a lot different than all of my other submissions. Very dark, foreboding, and creepy for a Pokemon! I plan on doing more Pokemon in the future, because this was a blast

Haunter's one of my favorite pokemon, yeahhh! The shape and color palette is spot-on, and I like that you put him at an angle, giving the image a non-flat look. Shading is also solid, and the gas cloud is a nice touch of personality.
This is the only piece in your gallery where the proportions looked off, however. The eyes aren't large enough and need to be spaced out more from each other, while the fingers on the front have too much space. The hand actually resembles the Wraiths from Pikmin a bit. This is usually an error made when trying to make a drawing look like its source material so much that how well the drawing looks in its own right is neglected. Everyone has a unique style that "distorts" the original a bit, so you'll likely need to do double check and ensure it's compensated.

So far as the proportions go, it was definitely a style choice for me. I wanted to make it look very menacing, but also separate from the original design so it didn't feel like I was copying it. That's funny that you think that the hands look like one of the Wraiths from Pikmin because I really don't see that
