i've been going crazy because with the house move and life in general i havent had time or opportunity to do any '
roper' photos, so today, seeing as mia is at school and ethan is at his grandmas, i broke out the makeup box and my suitcase full of goodies and did some self portraits 
so, yes, the model is me
please forgive me if i dont reply to all comments, i try my best but 2 kids and life takes up all my time and i much prefer to spend my dA time looking at wonderful art, although i always reply to crit or questions and thank for watches

its just a canon 400d, with a 50mm 1.8 lens. its the lens that produces the clarity more than the camera

Oh, I love this, it really made me giggle!
That's just so fantastic. What I'm about to say is going to sound terrible and I don't mean it in a bad way, but it's almost like you're mocking the popular but repetitive self portraits that you see all over dA photography.
And it's nice to have a change from those.

i very very rarely do self portraits, but i do shoot a lot of models, so i was quite surprised at what poses i was coming out with, i must have learnt a few moves
