I decided to lighten up the nidoran's colour because he seemed too clashy and dark in the last 2 pages. Not sure if like yet, expect him to jump all shades of the rainbow until I make up my mind.
I had to redo this page TWO!!! times because I spilt black ink all over the place right when I was pretty much done it. It's a frankenstein monster of different attempts mashed together in paint because some of the older panels were too badly covered in ink spills to be usable/legible. I just want this page out of the way, RRRHHG! So unlucky, and it's just back and forth dialogue.

I have to say: The watercolour style is bloody interesting. Even if it does lead to the odd smudge, the shading is amazing!
Sorry to hear the ink got knocked over during this one, though. Not only can that ruin a page you're working on, it can also potentially stain your work surface, which can cause issues if it's the family table or something.
(Meanwhile... No, Nidoran♂, that is exactly what the rules tell them to do.)

Thank you, the ink accident was actually pretty comical in retrospect. Suffice to say I had ink in my hair and feet for about 2 days as a result. My page wasn't the only thing that got covered, I really should have adult supervision sometimes.
Glad you like it so far, I always feel a little bit worried to upload a page with nothing but talking. But you can't punch bad guys all the time I guess.

Oh my, sorry you had such bad luck with ink spillage! I think that is why I avoid it, that and paint, I just would have it EVERYWHERE.
Don't kill me for this but I think Nidoran is too light, like he is fading away. For the life of me I can't think of any suggestions for him soo rainbow away!

Not at all, thank you so much for the suggestion! I'm noticing my scanner eats colour more than I initially thought it did but by the time I noticed a lot of the problems in this page I was just ready to move onto the next one. I'll take that into account in the very near future though!
I think when you work with wet mediums you just have to learn to accept ink spots on most of your art and your clothes... and couch.. and floors.. sometimes ceilings. Wha--? Is that just me? Oh.

No it is not just you! Even my darn water cup for water color pencils winds up everywhere, I'm like "Thank the universe that wasn't bright blue paint or something!"
