I don't usually write long titles but whatever.Fun fact, Sunflowers are actually my favorite flowers. No seriously, I once grew one when I was a child and I've been very fond of them since. I thought it was funny coincidence that Mob was associated with them somehow.Β
I think I might make this my new phone wallpaper.

Yeah that idea came to me as I was doing the line art for him. The Flowers looked really cool behind him and I wanted ro try something different. I made it so it wasn't completely visible, just slightly transparent.
Now he looks like he's turning into a spirit, like from the movie Spirit Away.Β Not sure what's happening here though.. lol

I really like how you didn't make his skin transparent, so it's more like the sunflowers are connected to him somehow, instead of him fading away.

It would have been too much of a distraction, honestly. I wanted to at least show that his physical form is still intact, orherwise it would have looked as though he really was a spirit.
I really love your description of it better! The idea that he is actually connected to the sunflowers. Damn, it really makes me grasp this drawing with an open mind. I like when people point out stuff in my drawings that even I didn't catch in to and create this whole idea or assumption about it. That's why I like doing pictures that are a little unclear that can be seen in different ways depending in one's own view about it.Β
