Description
After drawing "Starry Night," I got to thinking, does Kim ever use that telescope in her bedroom? When she was younger, I guess. Now? Might be a good reason to be out with Ron late at night, away from the lights of Middleton. And if it's there, why not have a look at a few interesting planets or nebulae? Looks like they're ready to give Rufus a peek.This one, for whatever reason, is low enough in the kilobytes that I'm gonna try uploading an 800x600 version. We'll see if it works.

I assumed it was a cheerleading prop. We don't see Kim cheerleading at games very often, and I can't say I ever noticed her using it, but can't say for sure she never used it either.

Great picture. People have pointed out to me a few times that her telescope always seems pointed toward the neighbor's house, not the sky. I always forget to check if that's true.

Better get your keyboard fixed. The "1/!" key appears to be stuck.
Actually when I first started drawing Kim and Ron, I looked for screencaps that showed approximately the right position and redrew these, so, yeah, this Kim and Ron look pretty canon, but there's no scene in the show in which she ever uses the telescope in her bedroom. I figured she must have used it sometime and drew this.

It's redrawn after a screenshot of Kim's bedroom showing the telescope. It actually looks a lot bigger being used than sitting next to her computer, but she was standing next to it with her cell phone, so I made sure I got it the right size. Just shows how huge her bedroom really is.
