I'm surprised that they chose to play shipping within the young 6. I thought I was safe shipping Gallbar because I thought they would never address it one way or the other. I'm disappointed it's not the ship I want. The episode itself wasn't horrible. The song was nice. I just never really enjoy My Fair Lady inspired stories. But I think Sandbar really got to shine in it. He was so nice to Yona.

I thought the same thing! I'm used to MLP not addressing my ships but also not downright sinking them, so when Gallbar was sunk, I felt disappointed too, and sad tbh. Even if I do think Yonabar was handled fine, no way am I giving up on shipping Gallbar!

But yeah, I didn't completely enjoy the episode. I also don't really like My Fair Lady stories, especially since MLP tackled this plot line WAAAY better in Simple Ways, and even kind of tackled it better in other episodes. But yeah, despite everything, I enjoyed Sandbar in the episode too! He was so adorable all throughout.

Did they really have to do the typical ship? I used to like Yonabar, but after reading something, I liked Gallbar and realized this shipping just sucks IMO.
