App for : D Trying something new, haha. The clothes are so bad though ): -can't design clothes- Didn't have space to put in the pokemon, but he's a Dratini. Btw, that blue streak in the right corner's a continuation of his ponytail (it's reaaally long and thin). I had to move it over to fit text ;__;

Likes: Warm weather, battling, talking

Dislikes: Being cold, ice, being short

Personality: Kaito's pretty curious, eager to try most new things and meet new people. However, this is somewhat offset by the fact that he acts arrogant, even around those he likes, simply out of habit. (Any attempts to deflate his ego are most likely promptly ignored.)

He also keeps up a tough appearance, since he's supposedly (but not really) strong, but he's still pretty naive at times, and easily scared (much as he tries not to show it).

History: Kaito was rather spoiled and sheltered as an only child, raised somewhere a bit outside of Ice Bay Village. Having gotten bored of isolation, he's moved to the village to see if there's anything new. Still, since he's used to being out of the village, he's taken up a job as explorer out of habit.
