just home from another ten day trip - away from the cats - who get a *cat*sitter* in on a daily basis so they can stay in their own yard rather than a kennel
yep, that's about as big a smile as i've ever seen our Phoebe grace us with

I don't know about the understated as they really aren't when they are angry or pissed at you. Then you get "The Look" which you'd have to be blind to see.

I am with you and Bart, just now I am in the process of trying
to give each of mine the defleaing treatment. I hate it and so
do they, so they give me such a wide berth, nearly got them,
and once I do they will love me for it lol!!! Plus I give them lots
of new treats if they take it the brave way hehhehehe!!!
