I really like the effects in the background of this piece, especially the detail in the castle and the way the snow seems to almost glow and sparkle. The energy/magic coming out of her hand is also well done. The body positioning is also very well done. This is why I feel a little confused when looking at the picture. It's just with the way you colored her hair and face, she seems a little out of place, almost as if she was put in the wrong setting. I don't know if this was intentional or not, this is just what I'm seeing. I think that if you put more detail into her hair and eyes it would better go along with the rest of the drawing. Try drawing more strands of hair or shading to suggest the strands rather than flat color. Add some more shading to the skin and eyes. Flat color can make items boring and well flat, rather than something that is "alive" or three dimensional. The cloak seems to be done in the same medium as the other items mentioned above, but it has more texture and you can see the shadows. Try applying it to the rest of her.
