Description My first attempt at using my first set of prismacolor markers. I quite like how it turned out over all, though are some lines that I would have liked to be neater. I'm also still undecided as to whether or not I want to ouline everything with black, or whether I want to put in some type of background, even a solid color.

Woodless graphite pencil and prisma colors on sketch book paper. Elapsed time: 8 hours.

it looks a bit flat in some places, but the wings are awesome I think it would look nice on some other background, too

I tried giving it some dimension with the shading but I think that's definitely one of the ateas I still need to work on with markers. That's one of the reasons I still prefer color pencils, though the markers are most definitely faster to work with.

And wow, I'm surprised you like the wings. I thought they seemed a bit off and wasn't really happy with them, but thank you very much for saying so!

As for the background, I'm putting some serious thought into photo-shopping a backgound into it either with a photo or drawing up a seperate background a photo-shopping her into it.
