i wouldn't go that far.. i mean its pretty good for what it is but i wouldn't compare it to something like GlitchTale.

if it were more Undertale it would have more characters other then frisk or chara involved. (and im not just referring to sans when i say that) which is basically kinda what Glitchtale does while adding its own twists. this does the same deal but currently we've only seen a real Evil Chara, Kitten and Frisk.

True but glitchtale just introduced a character I'd prefer wasn't in the story, it just changes the lore making it to dark for my soul of light, this comic adds to the lore instead making frisk look more powerful than what they show.
