Description
When Vaothians die, their bodies are 'dissolved' into their molecular and elemental components and 'given' to a large tree usually located in one of their holy places. That way, over the centuries, the tree grows and is nourished by the empty vessels people have left behind.

The Garthawnzae usually perform this transfer of organics. Here, Tritium's body is being dissolved after his mind was shipped off for storage in Synarru, a sort of afterlife for Vaothians.
