Description -Please Critique-
Drew this for the "Draw it again" thingy :3
This is Lionblaze, Jayfeather and Hollyleaf from the warrior cat books. I kind of fell out of reading them (they were being dragged out far to long x.x) but I still love the ones I read <3
Sorry about Holly's fur, I was running out of black ink x.x And I definitely colored Jays pupils black instead of dark blue and then I was like "Crap, he's blind" so yeah, ignore the tiny flaws XD

There's definitely some great improvement here! I really like how you gave all three of them different poses. The one on the left is definitely the most engaging, and I think that has to do with the depth/perspective on him. You could probably add some depth to the center one by coloring it's belly and back legs that shadowy dark grey, to make them feel further away. I have to compliment you here on your colors, though~ they're very well balanced! That orange color is very hot and dominant, but the way you carry it through the picture (by curling his tail between the other two and adding a sun on the opposite side of him) works really well. I love that all of the colors are leaning toward the warm side, too. Like that blue/green sky! It makes all of the colors work well together. Gosh, that kitty on the left is just my absolute favorite~ I love his expression! Such a cutie. Really well done, darlin' c:

I'm glad you like it I'll try and add more depth and shading in future pictures, thanks for the tip ^^ Yeah, the orange one is the strongest, so I'm glad he looks dominant. And I love vibrant colors, so I always try and use some of them XD

Great improvement! <3 I really like the cats' faces, especially the middle one's :3

Bad critique incoming! I think you should try to add a bit more different kinds of green and yellow to grass, it makes it look more alive and ummm what's the word.... variating? x'D Same with sky, a bit lighter/darker color or something. Tho it's hard if you don't have many different color pencils to use

I will! I just need more markers :/ I can shade pretty well with my 100 (crayola ) colored pencils, but its harder with only 36 markers. I'm really hoping to get some more copics for Christmas ^^
