I love her design, she came out great! That chest fluff! X3 I love the shade of green you gave her hair, and the yellow bangs are a ncie touch that adds much to her appearance. I notice you made her a little fat while I'm making observations. >w> I say fat because you know your fat when your belly goes out farther than your boobs, though that could just be perspective.
