Sketch Dailies theme for 09.26.14 "Space Ghost". The main theme I had in my mind was that this guy has been fighting space villains forever, well 50 years or so, and that's gotta take its toll on a hero. The cowl and color scheme give it a bit too much of a Captain America feel but I'm still pretty happy with it

If its any consolation, I did not think "Captain America" when I saw this. I like the portrayal of an old Space Ghost. The down-turned set of his mouth and theres something about his eyes as well, that bring to mind grim determination and even a touch of rueful sadness.

He was always one of my favorites along with the Herculoids- BiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiirdMan was a distant third.
