Welcoming in the Christmas season of 2023 is my handmade "Candy Land Christmas Wreath". My Sister-In-Law, Kristen, asked that I make a wreath to be hung upon her door for this Christmas, as her gift. So, here it is folks... isn't it darling? This's the #1 wreath I've made 100% myself, starting with just a metal frame. I wrapped rainbow tensile around the metal frame, then gently wrapped a faux candy garland, & topped it off with giant faux candy canes made into a heart, & gingerbread boy, & a gingerbread girl. I then hand-painted wooden ornaments with watercolor paints & inscribed each of our 3 nephews, niece, & Kristen's name upon each, before finishing them off with a generous coating of glitter glue. The bow I tied myself. Perfect for a house full of kid-o's, no? Look yummy enough to eat? Well.... almost !
