NOT ready for Fall yet, AT ALL! But I recently made this wreath for our little bitty nephew Waylon's Benefit Dinner that's going to be in early Oct. & wanted leave it with the family, so I wouldn't have to ship it out. This'll be auctioned off to the highest bidder... wish me luck?!?! All the flowers, pumpkins, & wreath base were purchased at JoAnne's Fabric (so there's a shout out to them), for 40% off. The apples, scarecrow, & "Love Lives Here" sign were purchased elsewhere. What do you think? Chose to go with a basic 'Autumn' theme, as opposed to Halloween OR Thanksgiving so it would 'hopefully' draw a larger audience at the auction, since it can be displayed for the whole of Autumn, & not just 1 of the specific months. I used 3 separate leaf pallets over the corn husk woven wreathe to form a base, then built it up from there. The only pieces to actually be glued on are the pumpkins, apples, & scarecrow. All the foliage is woven through the wreath & the bow & sign are tied on.
