Description
Just made this today: 2-20-2024 for a funeral for a fellow who was a patriarch in our church!! He was a timberman by trade, thus all the woodsie/tree aspects: Cross handmade by me using new growth hand cut walnut tree sprigs & bound together with black leather lashing, dogwood stems in bloom, forsythia sprigs, brown leaves & twigs (to symbolize the ending of winter, turning to Spring), birch tree sticks, & finished off with 2 white tulips, & miniature daffodils. The vase is a handmade pitcher, probably meant to be used for coffee, back in the day, as it's an antique. Bow is handmade by me. (All is faux, except for the cross)
