happens after 'Amon Defeated: Battle Heat'Mako calms down Korra, who's in Avatar State.
I LOVE Mako here - I somehow never got him right, but here I think he turned out nice
(Pity, I messed up Korra this time...)the background shows City Hall ....and some dead people.
