Description
Do you remember Mya? well Rosa is her Older sister (reference sheets coming soon).She's a Tiger-Wolf Hybrid.
I've Been working on this for a little while now over stream.
finished this WIP

i love the coloring and outfit in this, and the lighting, i wouldnt change anything, except maybe a sterner expression to match the feel of the area around her.

I think you did a really good job with her hair and her legs, especially the longer, flowing hair. I also really like how her colors look natural, even though they are obviously not a natural color. They are not over the top...a kind of "less is more" sort of approach that works very well.
Her top is nicely done, and the detail and shading on it are very nice. I personally do not care for the character's choice in clothing, but that is my opinion. You can see that she has shape underneath the top, and it conforms and folds with her body. The detail of the design on the top, and how it bends with her shape, really helps with that. The shorts look stiff and almost flat, almost like they were made of wax. Soft shadows and almost no folds make it too smooth.
I am afraid I may sound harsh, but it looks like you left some areas unfinished. I know you must have worked a long time on this, and places like the longer part of her hair show your hard work...but other places, like the top of her head and her ears, look almost like you got sick of it and decided not to finish. This is unfair to you, because I am sure that must not be true, I am just saying that it appears that way. To me anyway. Clearly there are plenty others who think there is absolutely no problem with your work though, so you don't have to listen to me blabber.

It looks pretty cool but I would make one remark, and it's that the expression and pose look like they should be in two completely separate pictures, I think the pose would usually require a more shocked or excited/happy expression.
Oh! Also, the shine on the eye, it doesn't match the light direction, the glow/smaller shine spots tend to be the opposite side from the light source, and the main shine would generally be on the same side as the light source, which in this case, seems to be the upper mid-right :3

wow...you have no idea how annoying that comment is. i shouldn't even respond to that but the glow in the eye is actually ALWAYS like that in my drawings no matter the light.

I must say I agree with part of what Rico-dawg said. The inner "glow" in the eye is in the right place, according to the apparant light source, but the shiny highlights on the eye are not. The small highlight of the eye is right where the hair makes a shadow over her face. Also, the larger highlight would be directly where the light the eye. In this picture, I can't say exactly where that would be, because It's hard to tell where the light source is.

Sorry, I've only seen a couple of your pictures before, you requested critique on this one, and I just happened to have something to say about it. The things I pointed out are generally staples of an accurate anime or semi-anime style-
See here [link] The yellow eyes don't show it so much because the position of the head is blocking the light from the very top of the eye, but the blue ones show it perfectly. And here- [link] in Sasuke's eyes, and even in a chibi style here- [link]

Exactly, and I'm not paying DA for a subscription which gives features I think should be available to all members anyway (minus the adverts, which I think should be there).
I could have written a big long critique, but I'm busy, and I don't think I am good enough myself to do that and actually have my opinion respected. Which is why I left a smaller, bite size critique :3
