Elekid (The Elekid)
Gender: Male
Age: 16
Height: 5'5" (Though 5'7" when counting hair)
Nature: Rash Hates to lose.
Ability: Static
Moves: Thunder Punch, Low Kick (Cross Chop and Ice Punch learned later)
Held: Focus Sash

Without getting to know him, Elekid is a quick tempered, foul mouthed jerk looking to pick a fight. He constantly picks fight with males to see how strong he is and more often than naught he loses as he challenges people a bit TOO tough. Though he normally comes off as angry and serious all the time, he does have a quiet side when there is nothing to frustrate him. Even though he acts intimidating and fights all out he's not a bully and protects people who need protecting.

Bio:
Elekid grew up in a small village in the forest. All the boys around his age came from one big family of Hitmon's and they often sparred each other which captivated Elekid's attention. He constantly wanted to play and spar with them but he was either ignored or left bloodied because fighting just didn't come as naturally to him as the other kids. This led the kids to tease him and call him weak, which really grated on Elekid's patience. The more he failed to match the kids the more frustrated and aggressive he grew. He decided that he was going to become a karate master and prove to everyone that he wasn't weak.

Elekid eventually left the village to try and seek out a master to teach him the ways of fighting but anytime he gained a mentor they usually gave up on him because he simply lacked the patience and discipline required for the art. Elekid decided the only way to learn was to teach himself and he would start fights with travelers to test his merit. Over time he began to get better but his style was wild and reckless, with no real strategy involved.

While passing through one village he heard a rumor that deep within the mountains of the Thunder Mountain Village were secrets that no mortal should possess. Elekid assumed that this had to be a legendary power and if he was able to find it and learn it, then he could be the strongest man alive.

In this same village he crossed paths with a Zangoose who he found interesting. Zangoose prove to have quite a bit of strength, but his attitude was completely different from Elekid. Elekid's ex-senseis always told him that he needed to be more calm and focused if he was going to learn to fight and he thought that maybe in sticking around this guy he could learn a thing or two. The plan blew up in Elekid's face, however, as Zangoose was possibly the most frustrating person he ever met - constantly pushing his buttons on purpose and bothering Elekid one way or another.

Zangoose did recognize that Elekid needed assistance though and decided to go with him to Thunder Mountain Village. The two became a very strange sort of friends.. which many wouldn't see as friendship at all but just long breaks between when they would beat the shit out of each other.

Short Facts:
- Elekid has fangs on his upper jaw and claws on his hands. Those are belts around the bandages on his forearms.

- Elekid is illiterate. Zangoose usually has to do these tasks for him.

- Elekid HATES, HAAAATES wearing a shirt and will utterly refuse to unless he absolutely must. His Static ability makes it very uncomfortable for him.

- Elekid often speaks without thinking. He's brutally honest when he does talk, but he has times when he's rather quiet.

- Elekid doesn't challenge just anyone. He doesn't prey on the weak and often goes after people who are actually much stronger than himself.

- Though Elekid won't start a physical fight with a woman (He considers them in that "weak" class); if she throws the first strike then he treats her as any other challenger.

- When he does fight it's all out and relentless; never stopping until either he or his opponent has fainted. He seems to focus more on trying to overwhelm the person than use tactics.

- He is naive and doesn't know nor care much about "feelings" or "love". He quickly gets frustrated or awkward when on the topic and avoids it at all costs.

- Being 16 and having fought as much as he has, Elekid probably should be an Electabuzz by now, but something seems to be keeping him from reaching the next level.
