Description Originally, this was simply the first panel. I had just watched the Danny Phantom episode were Danny and Valerie were fighting Skulker, and I always thought it was so hilarious how Sam gets so close to that flower sack and even named it Lileth. It reminded me of Cosmo and his nickel, Philip. So I drew the original and realized something: Philip and Lilith= Phil & Lil! Could it be Butch Hartman has made a hidden reference to the Rugrats? Its possible that this is just a coincidence, as the Philip joke in Fairly Odd Parents was years before DP, but you never know…
I had just learned how to draw Sam and I’m very happy how well she came out (although her arm in in panel 3 looks deformed) and I haven’t drawn any FOP in awhile so I was happy to draw Cosmo.

Keep in mind that this has not been confirmed by Butch Hartman, Nickelodeon, or any of the writers for either show.
