NAME: Rowan Lee Fitzwilliams

PERSONALITY:

OUTWARD
Outgoing - acts approachable and amiable to others, makes others feel comfortable to get close to them
Impersonal, artificial - detaches from others’ feelings best as he can, fakes ‘feeling’ for the sake of convenience/for the job
Extravagant, self indulgent - excessive or elaborate in dress, less so in action/speech. likes to materially spoil himself once in a while
Guarded - cautious and having possible reservations; can talk a lot about all sorts of things but not reveal information about themselves or gang secrets

INWARD
Cynical - believing that people are motivated by self-interest; suspicious of everyone, even fellow gang members
Impulsive - acting without forethought; sometimes for the worse of his own safety, whether against rival gang members or his superiors.
Virtuous - having high moral standards; has a heavy conscience, feels guilty for the lives he’s taken. believes in some level of goodness in all people
Devoted - very loving or loyal; first and foremost to Val and Cinna and to his mother before her death, second to the gang and those few he considers friends.

BACKSTORY:
He keeps mostly to himself about his background
a vague summary that he'd even be reluctant to tell his fellow Company members, as follows:
a non-gang upbringing and a deadbeat dad who got in trouble with the gangs, killed in an accident
mother died from illness
sister Val died as well (not true; Val is alive and living as a civilian, assassin occasionally. Rowan insists she died in order to protect her identity)

Main weapons are a pistol with a silencer and a small pocket knife
What money he doesn't give to Val he spends on buying nice clothes and cigarettes
Smokes for stress, jokingly tells everyone he should quit
Likes spending time at the Mewlin’ Rouge for the dance and music, is careful not to be recognized as a Company member
Frequents the Riverside Theater
Enjoyed shifting into felmark form as a kid when their horns were less developed; an indulgence of the past since they can’t pass for a normal cat anymore
He likes kids, though far removed from domesticity and has no idea how to interact with them, thinks of their innocence as precious and worth protecting

PERSONALITY:
Restless - flitty, always anxious, is ready for the worst to happen at any given moment
Observant - notices things that Rowan misses, makes them a good team
Voice of reason - damage control for her son
Dutiful - does what’s best for Rowan, follows his word (within reason of course)
Vain - doesn’t like admitting it but cares about her appearance, despite being relatively....visually monotonous
Nostalgic - misses old life with her own kind, even though she doesn't regret binding with Rowan
MISC:
Rowan’s confidante and shoulder to cry on, his best friend other than Val
Blends in with other urban birds, a good eavesdropper
Maybe sometimes tasked with stealing things (a la thieving jackdaw stereotype)
Likes sitting on/in Rowan’s hat when he has it off
