It's may be not nice compared to other places in the world. But from my experience, these apartments are actually quite "nice" and expensive too.

Maybe you're right, I wasn't in there. But even if it's nice in there, I don't want to live in there.
I don't want to live in Hong Kong either. It's really a fantastic city and i like to make trips there, but I like to live more rural.
