Probably one of my most favorite catches so far. Still wearing Conrail Blue, Vulcan Materials 2779, a General Electric U23B. 2779 was built in 1974 as Lehigh Valley 503 and in 1976, was absorbed into Conrail, becoming CR 2779. She was retired in the 1990's and was sold to Wimpey Materials, still retaining her CR number. Now under ownership of Vulcan Materials, she still wears her Conrail colors and number.
