Ah, this movie was ouch. I'm big into Greek mythology, and the whole time I was leaning over whispering in my girlfriend's ear about everything they had ruined. I went to see it before I heard it was crap tho. Three of my favorite actor were in it, so...
This art makes it hurt a little less, though.

lol I loved the shiny armor... seems like one of the designers had a rivalry with lady gaga or sth... the movie was so so.... but I loved the part where Zeus gives Acrisius that dirty look when he finds Zeus in his wife's room lololl

So, in short it was "so bad it's good?".
Granted, so does people says about the voiceacting in the Men of War game(the english version, at least. The french version is actually.... decent?!(sorry, french canadian and I generally loaaaathes the french accent that are straddled in most french translations of games. I mean... french translators managed to make crazy-badass-crazy Minsc from Baldurs Gates go from that "utterly batshit ranger in english" to borderline"steretypical effiminate gay in french ". 
On another note, I feel I must watch "Clash of the Titans" now. I feel like I really do.

LOL! My favorite bit was when Io said, "Perseus...you're not just part man and part god..." Such a cringe-worthy line. And she was dying! Who remembers to remind the audience of what "demigod" means when they're dying?
Honestly, I think the film would have been much better had they stopped playing "God of War" long enough to write a decent screenplay. Instead, we got a lot of half-baked "badass" embellishments: it wasn't enough for Perseus to ride Pegasus, he had to ride a black Pegasus; he couldn't just have a magic sword, he had to have a lightsaber; he couldn't marry a princess, he had to make out with an eternal hottie. And could someone remember that Hades is not the bad guy in the old myths? Honestly...

Its real hard for me not to like a movie. I only saw a little of this flick on Movie Father, and it was allright. It could have been better by staying a tad more true to the original or mythology. And yes I liked Avatar AND Terminator 4. Because Sam is the man.

I liked Avatar, but Sam has about the charisma of a department store mannequin. I wanted so badly to like Terminator 4 but it just fumbled the ball so hard all around.

My friend and I were hooked by the tagline "DAMN...THE...GODS!", mostly because "DAMN" came right after a generic sfx stunt.

Alright, I'll admit, I kind of like avatar too, but a movie about a planet filled with 10ft tall half naked blue people with USB hair braids just comes off as a bit . . . suspicious.
I don't think science fiction movies were the only thing he sni- I mean used as inspiration.

That freaking lense flare made me laugh a few times. The movie was entertaining, but I still feel the cheesey original was leaps and bounds above this shortened, AADD-version.
