Remember when adding shading, to give something a "3D" effect, you want to add shadows in the appropriate places.
Now it's clear to me that the light source is in front of her, to the left of the picture (judging by the shadow under her chin and her breasts).
My point I wanna make is while you are doing a great job for the top half of the dress, the bottom half is kinda lacking the shadows to give it at round feel.
Also, unless her clothes are really tight, she could use some shadom by the neck.

thanks! the shading was a little experimental because I usually just airbrush but I went with a cellshading type thing, and the fluff details too. I'm glad it looks okay c:
