Shima is a rather paranoid/shy boy; but he's good natured and kind to his peers and elders. He likes being in the company of others; but doesn't often speak his mind and just tends to auto-agree with others. He has the tendency to cry on occasion when he thinks he's doing something wrong; or if people raise their voices, or he just goes off apologizing even if its not his fault.

He doesn't like either of these habits, and hopes that he can one day be as strong and handsome like a prince //v//

Despite timid, he is stubborn. Quite stubborn and despite when he cries, he still tries to act like he's tough stuff and tries his hardest to smile so others will smile around him.

° Family History: °

Shima's father was Korean, whilst his mother was Japanese. They met in high school; and got married in their senior year. His dad was musically inclined; while his mother was in student committee.

In ways, Shima's birth was accidental..They didn't really even plan out to have kids; and it was at a rather young age for his mother; who had been fresh out of high school.

She'd never had much interaction with children, and with Shima's dad's new job, he was not around much to teach her; and constantly traveled. When he was away, she would often yell at Shima for all the little things, even if they weren't his fault. His mother was never really 100 percent mentally stable so this eventually lead to her throwing things at him or even beating him without really thinking much on it; and only telling herself she was a good mother by 'disciplined' her child, rather than get help.
She was well behaved whenever the father was home; his father tended to shower him with love but was oblivious of what his mother was doing.

Shima didn't know any better; and wasn't sure why his mama was yelling at him, but he tried to basically do everything he told her even if he didn't quite understand it. He loved his mother all the same; no matter what she said to him on occassion.

The neighbors around had finally realized something was up and that he wasn't going to school; and after much persuasion, his mother agreed that it would be a good idea to heighten his education. His father did most of the research on schools and finally decided and filled out paperwork for Sakuragi Gakuen.

( what are histories-- i didn't mean to make it sound emo btw LMAO sops;; but this is what his current situation is like and will develop/change as he gets older v//7//v )

° Additional Info: °

- He will often talk to rabbits; as if he understands them. ( buthedoesntlol; he just considers them his friends uvu )

- Hates water for various reasons; one reason being that he nearly was drowned by his mother on a few occassions during her spasms 8U Also doesn't like rain and thunder because they're loud.

- Has a hard time making friends because he's really shy; but he tries to be strong around.

- Will usually avoid fights if he can because he gets intimidated easily. (However when it comes to sticking up for someone, he'll try. He might cry but he'll still put his foot foreward uvu;; )

- Likes sleeping in small spaces; with lotsa pillows P:

- Collects odd things like buttons, marbles or acorns.

- Will never speak badly of his parents. Ever. uvu

- Isn't very athletic; because of what goes on at home, his health isn't all that great.

- Loves scarfs; he probably wears a different one each day if he can. 8'D
