Thank you Emma! We have such high humidity here, and the sun can get very low on the horizon and be unobstructed.  So I guess it is the prism effect or something.

So true my friend! For us the heavy rain is just an inconvenience, but the benefits that we get from all of the life in our wetlands is amazing!

Not around here! A few years ago we woke up to 8 inches of snow, that turned to rain and the snow was gone by nightfall!
