A quick redesign of an old character of mine.
He's a goofy, guy who keeps finding himself in jams. Between the power creep and my love for chaotic stories, I ended up ending his story to work on the Broken World. The redesign is because a webcomic I read has recently asked for background characters and Ranger's tendencies to travel the multiverse fit that.
