The results are in, Warren Placed second!

2012 Spring and Summer Endurance Event So this was BADLY overdue. Judging begins now!
Also, with only three entries, I've had to redo some math and redistribute some prize money…
500 pts will be divided like so:
60% to 1st
25% to 2nd
and 15% to 3rd. Ok? So everyone will get an exact amount totaling up to 500. ^^
NOW, the judging is all being done here for the sake of simplicity (that way I can use one half my 18 inch screen to look at your entry, and the other half to type here and compare and easily make changes. ^^
I will post and update as I go. March monthlies will also be posted today. Thank you all for your patience!

Inspection:

The stallion crashed through the rapids, trying not to get swept away by the undertow of the river. Angela kicked his sides and talked to Warren, egging him on. They had not been prepared for the strength of the river, and were being towed away by the current. The calm lake at CSS where Warren swam in was nothing compared to the speed of the river.

Finally Warren felt the ground under his hooves again, his strong legs pulling him forward toward the shore. His legs splashed up out of the water, desperately trying to get out of the rapids. Soon enough the team stood on the other side, the stallion panting and snorting, and the rider looking down river at the sharp rocks they would have hit. Angela was never so thankful to have such a determined horse; if Warren had given any less effort it would be likely that the both of them would have received painful injuries, or worse. She clicked her tongue, telling Warren to continue along the trail set for them.

Computer crashing + my tablet pen's damaged pressure sensitivity led to this |D I love the lines but everything else... meh. I really didn't want to fight with this anymore, so I left it as is.

I can;t wait for my new pen...
