Role,abilities,behavior and known facts :
-Known among the Local Group as 'The Dealer',DLR was centuries ago one of the Destroyers deployed in 5 inner sectors of the Sigma-2 galaxy,known as home of
many riots caused by the locals.
-After serving the UNI cause for something like 1500 years,DLR decided she could use her power not to destroy planetes but to sell them to the best bidder. In
fact,many planetes in the Sigma-2 galaxy,are known for hide in them a high amount of Aleatonium,known as one of the rarest,most versatile and most dangerous
element of the entire Local Group. So basically she decided to collect most of the planets in this galaxy,both for the UNI empire and for the one who are rich enough
to afford it.
Also,DLR always keep some of the Aleatonium in the planet that she sells for herself. It is known that she keeps for herself an enormous amount of pure Aleatonium
in one of the two ''boxes'' she keep with her.
-The boxes she keep for herself are used for two main purposes : One box is the one that she uses to store Aleatonium and planets that she want to sell (note that the planets
are shrunk before fit in the box)...the unlucky planets that end in the other box are used mainly as ''food''.
-Obviously,as a destroyer class UNI,DLR is a very dangerous UNI,even if she's a rouge one. She's as evil as most of the other UNIs of her class,not to mention her addiction to crush
entire planets only for her fun or her mere interest.

The empress has jewelry made from enriched Aleatonium, which requires an entire star to be burned up to make a few pounds of the stuff at most; and to have it in such quantities as she does means entire galaxies have probably been burned up for them. As it's so rare it's true effects are unknown; but the empress might just have it around as a testament to her essentially-perfect rule

Given it's pretty rare; the UNI might be one of the only races to have it in significant-enough quantities for it to be useful to them, and no other race in the universe would possess enriched Aleatonium. This could explain why they got so far ahead of everyone else even before they went crazy with their genetics that made the various class abilities.

If you really need a true element for a base, it could be a rare isotope of astatine, which is radioactive enough that within the full amount in the earth is about an ounce.

Well given how supremely-absurdly hard to make it is; maybe even a few ounces was enough to jump-start their research of new classes like the destroyers and tormentors and priestesses back in the day to help them become the dominant race they are now.
Now that they pretty much rule the universe, they have enough to not only serve as jewelry for the empress, but they have enough to research even more classes (still in development, but these new classes are expected to be more OP than ever
