While I was out of town for a few days on my brother's grad school Spring Break, I had a chance to catch some pictures of my favorite Southern Californian flowers, including this Bird of Paradise.The image is dedicated to two of my favorite bird enthusiasts: and . I love learning about all the different species of birdies in the world from you guys!

I had seen these at the Albuquerque Biopark, but they didn't have any labels.... So Google wouldn't have been any help.
