You know, I havent left a comment here yet, but every time I see this picture, i'm always surprised how calm Enjy is. I wouldnt trust Courfeyrac to style my hair, let alone cut it!...
Oh, wait. Courfeyrac=awwww. Alright, if it'll make him happy...and give me a chance to ply *ahem* some of my feminine wiles...
Not all of the barricade boys can be as perfect as Enjolras, but that doesnt mean they deserve any less love and adoration from the fans!

Oh yes - and I so love Courfeyrac! He's just so full of warmth and spontaneity...I can see Enjolras trusting him, even to cutting his hair. Even if the results were disastrous. The story is so amusing - Enjolras just drifts off to listen to channel Enjolras in his head

I love it! From the thumbnail, it looked a bit like the caption should be along the lines of "Yes, Enjolras. All the fashionable men are wearing their hair in pigtails these days! I read it somewhere!". But I'm also really tired.

XDDD I was reading that one last night, and I thought "Awwww, his hairs are being cut!" But I really enjoyed all the allegorical references and all of Joly's hypochondrionazoidic lulz. You, mlle, are fortunate to receive such a lovely present.

Glad you like! I think it's a bit flat, given the humour of the scene - the two of them disappearing under a cloud of golden hair would be a lovely colour pic (and I love the idea of Courfeyrac's mistress getting jealous when she finds long blond hair on his coat).

Lol! He's rather less distraught than any of us - the only thing he vaguely notices is that it's no longer in his eyes. I keep meaning to do a proper long-haired Enjolras, although it's a bit anachronistic (unless he's going the full Romantic bohemian look, like Prouvaire).
