Very great humanization~!
I love the armor and cybernetics but there are a couple things that don't fit in. Like the hair, doesn't seem like Blackjack's style.
Also... Horn is too big~

So awesome. I can't believe you actually drew it just because I asked. That's a different take on the ninety nine security armor that I haven't seen before. The bits of red tubing give it a pretty cool, strongly science fiction look, as opposed to the more common dusty and beaten post apocalyptic look I often see. Also the lighting effects with the glowing trail from Blackjacks eyes is something I haven't seen before.
The only issue I take is the hair colour. Blackjack's hair is black and red, not red and what looks like maroon to me. But I suppose with the lighting effects you have it does start to darken towards the bottom, and it's only bright near the top.
Overall very cool. Nicely done.
This would be "Chapter Black," Blackjack I take it. Before she gets the massive cybersurgery.
On an unrelated note, any chance I could commision you to draw a cover art for my humanised story? I've got some temp art that works, but I'd like something that matches my story a bit better.

Well, Blackjack's practically half machine now, as all her limbs are replaced with mechanical ones, so that's what gives a more scifi look, I guess.

second: you are right, the originally art (before I started going mad on lighting and shadowing) had black/red hair

No worries. I have a tendency to write detailed comments from time to time (I wrote a two thousand word review for eyes without a face once).
