Both are wonderful; I'm with No-one and love all Heroes art.
But I confess to being a fan of bulky Silvers.

I like both pictures. The first has a distinctly more feminine tone, while the second is more masculine. I could honestly see the second as almost, I don't know, an R63 Silver Storm. Done in the style of Thor, or Odin One-Eye.

If I may try to help,
your trying to communicate two messages at the same time, but both are getting scrambled by the others presence, as they are trying to fight on equal terms.
Lemme elaborate. Your trying to communicate that silver is large and powerful, and your trying to make her seem like a sexy doll, and your trying to do so with really obvious methods, the skin tight clothes, the square chin and abs, and so on.
What you should do is pick one of those two sides and make that the focus of the drawing, and then to properly mix them, add subtleties from the off focus category that make her tread in the middle ground, but leaning more towards the side you chose.

I think it's better in terms of accurately portraying the character as a human. Hired Gun herself admits to not being all that beautiful, though I think that's just how she see's herself and not how she looks to everyone else. Like they see this pony/woman who is built like a tank physically, but they never call her ugly or anything, shr just looks a little rough and tough like in this art.

I have lovely fans, but I do wish sometimes they wouldn't pester artists if Silver isn't drawn to their head canon. I love all drawings of Silver, and this one is very nice.
