Hell yeah, it'S finally done, took me all day long
I always wanted to make something apocalyptic and now finally got an idea of what exactly to do and even managed to mix it with ponies, I am so glad it's finally done Critique is highly apreciated I am new to this kind of stuff, so I know it's not perfect but I rly want to become better

for rapture, its a really modernised city after you blew it up twice in the game, as that guy in the first game( i havent played it for years so i dont know its name ) and as the big dady coming after tennebaum. also it would be funny if you drew pinkie in a big daddy suit and gummy as a little sister. but pinkie pie breathing for air is cool also

oh THIS is EXCELLENT! i LOVE doing this kind of stuff so much ^^ (i actually have done photo manips similar to this recently, like this one [link] along with using photo manip techniques to make my backgrounds for the majority of my drawings)
you did REALLY well at this ^^ perhaps we could collab one day? c: liek, do those kinds of photos where half of it is one thing, and half of it is a different thing

But I am quite busy with a school project for the next week so I will be glad about every minute I can find for doing some art xD but I think it doesn't have to be right now ^^ I got soem cool ideas that I don't know how to make exactly...but with that idea to have a picture like splitt in two peaces he idea just became a little bit more awesome
I am rly just a starter on photo manips, actually this was my first one where I manipulated the whole image and the 2nd one where I made any heavy change to the background, so it means a lot to me, that you like it

Okay...I thought about a picture of a sad twilight alicorn and in the background a graveyard five tombstones each with stuff from the rest of the m6 (like AJ's hat or a baloon) around or on them. And make it all dark looking to cause some emotions in(?) the watcher. If combined with your idea of a split picture, on one side we could have the "everything-happy-everypony-alive"-side and the "everypony-dead-sad-looking"-side or something like that ^^

good idea c: the left half will be half of twilicorn all happy like and a nice beautiful BG, and the right will be all dark and depressing with the sad half of twilicorn c: we can use this vector here [link] i'll deal with the dark side, and make her face all sad on the right
now anyway, ive already got a PSD file with a twilicorn in the middle (you know, so our halves will be lined up) [link]

so yeah, you work on left happy side, and i'll work on right sad side?

actually I am using gimp ^^ but I can open PSD files with it and as far as I know also can export them, but not to sure about that ^^

when you're done your half (and try to go a bit past the center line for your half), just send a high-quality Jpeg or PNG to me, if you cant export a PSD file
and dont worry about that. one thing you should learn about me is that i am an extremely resourceful artist

I used GIMP for pretty much everything I've uploaded so far
It's free and nearly as good as photoshop...you can recreate most photoshop effects manualy. But there is one photoshop function that I want so bad...gotta find a script for it or something ^^

Interesting story about that: I originally wanted to make stuff like this (without the ponies) and searched the interenet on how to do it, then I saw some guy on youtube doing an PIRL speedart and that's how I started doing those, now the funny part is, that I gained enough experience by doing PIRL's to do this kind of stuff..so I kinda achieved my goal xD
