The idea is cute and there and you have a fair amount of knowledge that's going into this which is a good start! What stands out to me though is the proportions, pose and clothing could use a bit of work here.
With the proportions if you notice her mid section between the rib cage and pelvis isn't twisting and bending properly to meet the pose. Her shoulders should be bent down to the left a bit more and the hips in the opposite direction to compensate for the posture because as it is right now the abdomen has to stretch unnaturally to meet the rib cage. There are other areas as well which could use some work such as the hand on the hip. The length of the arm bending to meet her hip. etc you get the idea! This is heavily tied into knowledge on anatomy as well which can be a pain in the arse so don't be discouraged it just takes time and practice to execute properly.
This ties into the pose, or gesture of the figure as well. Since the mid section is stretching to compensate it looks too stiff and unnatural. If you haven't had a reference with this don't be afraid to look up how the body behaves in this kind of posture!
Finally with the clothing the folds don't seem to follow the shape of the body well and show off her form underneath. They seem quite stiff especially in the sleeves and skirt. This is one of those things that is rarely taught appropriately and hard to understand on its own. An incredible resource for this though is this site here: sevencamels.blogspot.com/2008/…
It teaches the laws and behaviors of folds and drapery. It is absolutely golden for every artist and I hope this benefits you as well!

Okay one last question. Lately I've been looking up tutorials for making more natural poses and I applies some of the techniques on this piece. Would you say this person's pose is more or less stiff than my previous full body works (including the Reimu one)?

I'd say it is less stiff. It's on the right track with this one but it still needs some work. Keep at it and if you have time to do some gesture drawings go for it yo it'll help quite a bit
You can go to a site like this www.quickposes.com/ and do 30 second drawings, minute drawings or however long you want. Doing 30 second drawings will help you to identify vital information quickly on how the flow of the body works and which direction major masses tend to turn.

Thanks! I've done gesture drawings before, but I've always found it difficult to draw fast enough within a 30 second time frame.

It's difficult at first but try to just nail down a stick figure in that time don't worry about overall shapes. Just see the flow of the pose and get a very basic stick figure with joints.
