As with your other pieces you seem to not show form very well. That's something that can be fixed of course. Just practice working with basic shapes such as cubes, spheres etc and learning how to draw them in three dimensions. By doing this you can easier construct your under drawings and learn how to define the form of body parts even better and more convincingly.

Hmm, now that I think of it, it does look like a lolita style. When I first drew this, I was going for a more gothic style, but I ended up altering it.
