I think the only ones I have are the penicl, pen, marker, watercolor, eraser, sel-pen, sel-eraser, like 5 more other tools I can't remember and the rest are just empty boxes. I've seen in speed paint videos and stuff that all those empty boxes have tools

ah, by default, the rest of the boxes are empty, so you can download your own custom tools into those boxes

(Hate to interrupt conversations but I think I can answer this question so I'll try) a cracked version of something usually means it's free.... like I used to have cracked minecraft. It's like a false way of getting a system (i.e an art tool like sai, a game like minecraft) that evades things you have to do to get the normal version, like paying for the service... but, sometimes the cracked versions of things aren't always to date or completely realistic, it's basically a mimic of the real thing. Sometimes pieces are missing, like certain abilities and items were gone in minecraft, in the art tool there may not be a certain brush that should and would be there in the fully legal and legitimate version that is authentic. It's like a slightly lower quality/imperfect chameleon of the actual service
