created with the inkpad app for ipad.cold and colt, it just sounds the same to me, i had to do something with that.
for those who didnt know or for those who cares the colts name is lickity split seen in season 2 episode 10. he s the one who gives a ball to spike.

Lickity is a Filly. She used to be Spike's love interest and once saved the ponies and their families. She's also pink... this is probably a different pony. (Just saying)

This is so cool, pardon the pun. How did you do this in Inkpad?

First I draw every character and then the background. Then I create a page with a x size (in this case 515x1536 png)
Copy everything and put them together. Ad some text shadows etc, and your done.
To bad it sounds easer then it ectuely is.

It's not for free, its was like 5 euro i think, don't know how much in dollars, but it's pretty good app if you use a iOS device.
