If we are going to call the Confederate Battle Flag offensive and evil, I have to give the same treatment to the Star and Stripes, plus we committed worse things that the Confederates, as we had slavery for a longer period (Since we existed longer), We commited a genocide against the Native Americans, Interned the Japanese in WW2, We've invaded and mingled in affairs all over the world, and many more thing. Β While to my knowledge our only sin on them is Slavery.Honestly I couldn't care less about these flag and symbol issues since I see the positives of all symbols, but I mostly want to show you if we might carry it to an absurd extreme.
Personally, I view nearly all nations as good and bad. Β No nation was and is a saint.

Too bad pretty much everyone will disagree with you, or call you a racist-bigoted-Nazi. I'm southern so I automatically take the side of the Confederate flag, but what about the British flag? They practically tried to stop the formation of America way before that, and everyone had slaves back then still, so why haven't we banned the British flag in America? And why haven't we banned the ISIS flag seeing as they've beheaded Americans? Double standards are everwhere...

Meh, doesn't look that bad to be honest, a bit too similar to Britain's flag, but it still has the 50 Stars and 13 stripes from the original flag so it still is essentially an American Flag.
