Ahhh that was you?! Awesome! To be honest, you were the only one who ended up buying this print of Alex, but I got a few dozen people of all different kinds that passed by who knew who he was and I actually got to talk SEGA with them quite a bit! One girl came by and even asked me to sketch her a quick Opa Opa, which just made me happy as ever! It was really fun to see people come by and be able to recognize stuff from SEGA's past.
One of my aspirations for my first year in the Comic Market was to sell a print of Alex Kidd to someone, so to know that a wonderful person has their hands on a physical copy of something I drew of an obscure character I really liked, thank you very much!

This is my opinion: Sega should give more love to Alex Kidd. Even if a new game is not made, they could at least include him in more Sega crossover games (racing, sports, etc...). After all, he WAS Sega's first mascot, way before Sonic appeared.

They should have let the Kidd participate in the Mario/Sonic Olympic Games this year!

I played.. I think I played Alex Kidd in Miracle World when I was a kid and me and my cousin got pretty far. But which ever one is on the Sega Mega Drive Collection, I tried to play it and continually failed horribly XD Makes me think that games are much easier these days. But maybe I just lack the patience any more to play them til I get good ^-^;
