Oh, yes, extreme elegance, she's definitely stylin' in this one, the dress coming from the eps Blush, and Bad Boy, the hairstyle appears to have come from another ep . . . Royal Pain, and the facial features appear to have come from So the Drama.

That's pretty much it, though her expression was drawn free-hand and her hair from memory (I saw the Prince Wally episode Tuesday, I think - that's my favorite hairstyle of hers after the default, though it was too short in the front to work then)

She looks quite elegant here. A nice change from her usual looks and hairstyle.
Not that I'm complaining about her usual looks, just variety is occasionally nice for a change.

Kim does have a tendency to dress like a 12-13 year old instead of a 16-17 year old, though they fixed that somewhat by StD.
